In order to continually improve our services, we mail a Quality Assurance Survey Questionnaire after every project completion that ask our Clients to rate us.
The Following table represents the results of 837 responses from 2003 through 2010:

| On-Schedule | 92.5% of our Clients said projects were completed on-schedule or better |
We also ask our Clients to grade us on an overall project effort basis. We are pleased to report that our Clients scored us an average of 3.81 out of a possible 4.0
