Erected new 90’x40’ pre-engineered metal building, all associated concrete work, utilities, interior finishes, exterior finishes.  Provide Construction Services which include, handling permits from start to completion; Project Management, On-site supervision, demolition, carpentry, casework, carpet, VCT, drywall, drywall finish, plaster, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

Designed and built per customer approved plans, newly renovated  classrooms, science labs, restrooms and offices; this included design meetings with the customer to ensure all their needs and desires were met; all permitting from beginning to end; on-site supervision, data lines, special finishes including installation of two-way mirrors, carpentry,  utilities, and all finish work.  FB was personally thanked by the Mayor of SF for doing an excellent job.
