The safest way to get multiple bids on larger
construction projects is to use our Construction Management At-Risk
project delivery method.

We are involved with the project right from the start. We are
there during the crucial planning and budgeting phases. We meet with
you and your architect (or use our own specialized Design-Build
team) during the design development phase to make sure design
targets your project budget. We are your construction consultant
advising on cost, design, schedule and constructability.

Once the construction documents are ready, we will submit the
various trade packages involved in your project to subcontractors
for bids. This can include any subcontractor you know and trust and
would like included. In addition, we will publicly advertise all
trade packages receiving multiple bids per trade division.

When multiple bids are received, we go over the bids with you
to compare price, quality, reputation, etc. This Open Book
Approach allows you to see exactly what you're getting as well
as the actual costs. If your project comes in "over-budget" we will
help you "value-engineer" the project to make sure it is in line
with your budget.

After low bid and/or best value subcontractors are jointly
selected, FacilityBUILD provides a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the
construction of your project per plans and specifications.
We're "At-Risk," not you.
Once the Guaranteed Maximum Price is established and
contracts signed, we bear the responsibility and burden in ensuring that
the project stays on schedule and conforms to the details laid out in
the construction documents for Guaranteed Maximum Price.
